Items ordered before 12 noon AEST will be despatched within 24 hours.  However, as we use external delivery agents and couriers,we cannot guarantee a delivery day or time. Ideally, you can expect:

Shipping Times

• Shipping time state-wide 1-5 days
• Shipping time interstate 6 – 10 days.
• Express shipping available at a higher price.

• Free shipping over $90
• A shipping price will apply for orders under $90 and will be displayed in the payment invoice.

Other Delivery Issues

• Please provide the correct delivery address at all times as if the item needs to be redelivered to a second address you will be liable to pay additional delivery charges.
• Please provide clear instructions on where the item needs to be kept at the delivery premises in the event of the recipient not being at home at the time of delivery to avoid redelivery and fees.
• Please ensure that delivery to non-residential premises is possible and provide clear instructions of addresses, room numbers, ward numbers, bed numbers etc to ensure that items are delivered to the intended recipient.
